Kairos was a new leadership consultancy founded by two highly experienced coaches.
They had a name. They had a strategic foundation.
But beyond that, nothing had been brought to life.
No identity. No visual language. No digital presence.
They needed a brand that could match the level of the people behind it and resonate with senior leaders from day one.

The approach

We started with clarity.
Through our Brand & Identity Sprint, we worked closely with the Kairos team to define:
Who the brand needed to speak to
What it needed to communicate
How it should feel at every touchpoint

A key part of this was understanding the audience. Senior leaders don't have time for ambiguity.
So every decision was made with one principle in mind:
Make it clear. Make it credible. Make it easy to understand.
From there, we designed the brand backwards from the audience, not forwards from aesthetics.
