Information you provide
We only collect the information you choose to give us through the forms on this website. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Your name or first name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your business or company name
- The service or topic you're interested in
- Details you write in a message or notes field
- Your preferred date and time for a call
- Your answers to a Clarity assessment
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp using the links on this website, we receive the information you send through that channel.
Why we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project
- Arrange and hold calls you have booked with us
- Prepare for a Website Conversion Audit or Clarity session you have requested
- Show you the results of a Clarity assessment you have completed
- Understand how the website is used and which pages and forms lead to enquiries
Enquiries and forms
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the area you'd like to talk about and your message.
Our Content Day enquiry form asks for your name, business name, email address, phone number, the content you need, the platforms you use, your timing, your current situation and any extra details you add.
We use these details to reply to you and discuss your project. Form submissions are received and stored by our website hosting provider.
Bookings and assessments
When you book a Website Conversion Audit, we ask for your first name, email address and phone number, along with the date and time you choose. We use these details to add the call to our calendar and arrange it, which may include creating a video call link.
When you complete a Clarity assessment, we keep your first name, email address, company name, your answers and your result so we can show you your results. Your results are available at a private link that only you receive.
If you then book a Clarity session, we ask for your first name, email address, company name and any notes, together with your preferred date and time, so we can arrange the session and prepare for it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the website and how it is performing, such as which pages are viewed. Google Analytics only runs if you allow analytics in your cookie settings, and you can change your choice at any time; see our Cookie Policy for details.
If you have allowed analytics, when you submit an enquiry or booking successfully we record in Google Analytics that an enquiry was made, which form was used and which page it was on. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or message to Google Analytics.
